Olivia has been surrounded by property her whole life, she was born and raised in Waitakere where her parents built their first home on a rural lifestyle block. A passion for property started young when Olivia witnessed her parents build and thoroughly renovate several properties. Olivia has many fond memories of her Mum & Dad putting a lot of work into their family’s investment. Following in her parents footsteps Olivia purchased her first investment property when she was 18 years old, a proud milestone of hers to date.
Gary & Yolanda Atkins boast over 26 years combined Real Estate experience which Olivia hopes to build on, her parents love and passion for real estate & property is something Olivia has taken with two hands and defiantly wants to run with.
Olivia herself is a fully qualified Property Manager and has been managing 130 rentals for over 2 years, the skills she has learnt from this role enable her to give you an accurate rent appraisal for your property on the spot. She has also built a reputation in the Real Estate Industry as a highly trusted induvial amongst her owners and tenants. Olivia has a lot of experience in this field and can easily assist selling your tenanted properties.

TLT Netball - started in 2017, named in memory of Teina Lee Terei who lost his battle with cancer in 2016. TLT is more than just netball, it’s about contributing in our community. This cause is close to our hearts where we wish to spread awareness for cancer, especially in our young ones.
