I have been a part of my own family’s investment properties throughout my life, seeing first-hand what landlords deal with and have to face and challenges and stress it can cause. Experiencing this throughout the years has given me good footings, knowledge and an overall understanding on investment properties, renting properties and the real benefits of why you should have your property managed.
You can still stay in control of things but from a comfortable distance, experience less personal stress, confrontation and have more valuable time to enjoy other important things in your life. It is important to value and treasure any investment and not feel like it’s a headache you can’t deal with.

My goal is always to communicate efficiently between you and your tenant so everyone has an open line of communication and is on the same page about taking care of the property. Tenants feel valued, can easily report issues without fear of losing their home, issues can be detected early and not left to become unfixable and good tenants in return are happier and stay longer.
