The very first member of Team Atkins to enter the real estate industry in 2004, Yolanda brings one of the most comprehensive understandings of real estate in the area. With a career spanning over two decades, she has dedicated many years to the community she proudly calls home.

Yolanda brings a wealth of skills to the team, specialising in compliance and property documentation, while ensuring every aspect of the process is handled with care and precision. Her attention to detail and ability to support all parties involved make her an invaluable part of every transaction.

With numerous industry awards, exceptional communication skills, and an extensive knowledge base, Yolanda is a key member of the First National Waitakere team and plays an essential role behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys spending time with her husband Gary, their three adult daughters, and her granddaughter. Whether she’s in the garden, enjoying a trip to the beach, or simply relaxing with a cup of tea, she values the simple pleasures of family and home.
