About Dayna Atkins

Dayna is part of our Property Management team, where she supports both landlords and tenants with a friendly, organised, and proactive approach. She understands the importance of clear communication and attention to detail, helping ensure properties are well managed and that both owners and tenants feel supported throughout the process.

Growing up in Waitākere on a lifestyle property and now owning her own home in the township has given Dayna a genuine understanding of the local area and the value of property ownership. Her strong connection to the community helps her provide thoughtful service and practical support to the people she works with.

Dayna takes pride in helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from day-to-day property management tasks to assisting with communication and coordination. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, renovating her home, and running her side business doing nails, which reflects her creative and hands-on nature.
