Aria, our friendly, positive, and down-to-earth Property Manager, brings a warm and approachable personality to the team. She enjoys connecting with people, building genuine relationships, and creating positive experiences for those around her.

As a Property Manager, Aria plays an important role in looking after both our property owners and tenants, helping to make the day-to-day management of a rental property as smooth and stress-free as possible. From tenant communication and property inspections through to coordinating maintenance, keeping on top of compliance, and ensuring properties are well cared for, Aria is there to keep things moving and make sure everyone is kept informed along the way.

She understands that property management is about much more than managing houses, it’s about managing relationships, solving problems, communicating well, and taking care of what is often one of an owner’s biggest investments. Her approachable nature and genuine enjoyment of working with people make her well suited to being the person our owners and tenants can turn to when they need a hand.

Having grown up on lifestyle properties around West Auckland, Aria has always enjoyed the outdoors and everything the area has to offer. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, being out on the water, enjoying water sports, and soaking up the sunshine. She also has a passion for motocross and enjoys keeping active and making the most of the outdoor lifestyle.
